The ability to develop working relationships in the medical community has long been a strong suit of United Heartland. This chart reflects the overall combined savings to insureds, - based on billed dollars - to United Heartland insureds. These savings are generated by bills being applied against the applicable, agreed upon fee schedules with PPO providers or utilizing our proprietary UCR databse.

This information depicts where bill savings come from.. Of note are the UCR savings that have escalated in the recent past. This is due to computer enhancements and having multiple databases to go back upon and charge bills against, based on the actual date of service.

Every line of every medical bill goes through the database.
