Senior Vice President, Claims

Sandy has been at United Heartland since 1993 rising through the claim ranks over that period of time. Her experience as a Senior Claim Representative allowed her to work directly with our clients and agents, thus developing excellent communication skills. This also provided her with hands on experience which enabled her to absorb and adopt the high standards that have been the cornerstone of the United Heartland Claims Department. Sandy is committed to insuring that United Heartland continues to provide the highest quality of claim service through aggressive investigation and quality case management of all claims received, and communicating with all parties involved in a timely and responsive manner.

Prior to joining United Heartland in 1993, Sandy gained Workers Compensation experience working both for Sentry Insurance Company as a Claim Representative and Heritage Mutual Insurance Company (now Acuity) as a Claims Manager. She has worked in claims since graduating from Ripon College in 1984.
