Every United Heartland customer is mailed a Customer Satisfaction Survey each policy year approximately 6 months into their policy. And we continue to monitor our customers' satisfaction through quarterly mailings to customers to gauge our ongoing progress.

Overall satisfaction consistently ranks above 95%. With these results, you may think we could lose our edge. But nothing could be further from the truth. Every comment received is valued, researched and acted upon. Only through continuous improvement, can we provide continually better service.
